INSPIRATION FROM A PRAYING MANTIS

Last night I experienced the most magical feeling - I was drawn towards my Himalayan Salt Lamp (this is a lamp made out of salt and it gets rid of negative energies such as the rays from TV's, cell phones, radios etc.)  It is the most beautiful pink/peach colour.  I have mine resting on a plate.  Sitting on the plate under the lamp, was the most exquisite praying mantis in prayer position.  I am not religious, but felt compelled to also put my hands into prayer position and just be still for a while.  It felt so peaceful. 

I truly believe we can learn a lot from the insects and animals around us.
